Edmond has a brand-new spot to grab a Patty Melt and a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Whataburger officially celebrated the grand opening of its newest North Edmond restaurant on Saturday, located at 4132 E. Covell Road.
The Aug. 22 grand opening kicked off with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce. A crowd of community leaders, local residents, friends, and family members gathered to welcome the popular chain's newest neighborhood home.
Several prominent local figures joined in the festivities, including Edmond Mayor Mark Nash, state Representative Mike Osburn, and Edmond City Councilman Barry Moore. Energy was high as the Edmond Memorial High School cheer squad also turned out to support the opening and celebrate the community's newest addition.
Whether you're stopping by for late-night fries or a morning breakfast burger, the doors are officially open on Covell Road.
