Founded by husband-and-wife duo Matt and Wakana Sebacher, Tamashii has built a fiercely loyal following across the metro for its uncompromising focus on traditional flavors. Diners can expect the restaurant's signature slow-simmered broths, handcrafted noodles, and an extensive menu featuring rich ramen bowls and savory rice dishes.

Menu highlights at the new northwest location feature customer favorites like rich tonkotsu ramen, tender chashu don, crispy gyoza, and the restaurant’s popular signature garlic rice. Beyond the dining room, the space offers an immersive retail experience complete with a grab-and-go market stocked with imported Japanese snacks, ice cream, anime figures, and collectible trading cards.

“This expansion into northwest Oklahoma City felt like the natural next step for us and is something we’ve been working toward for a long time,” said Matt Sebacher, owner of Tamashii Ramen House. “We’ve seen incredible support from our guests, and we’re excited to bring the Tamashii experience to a vibrant, food-forward area in OKC.”
